Gmail and GTD

First – sorry for the long dry spell.  A first child is quite a handful product to take care of…  Too bad there isn’t a manual that comes along with it.

Second, here’s a very helpful post by my good friend Eran Lagon regading the usage of Gmail’s advanced options in order to become more organized.  Getting Things Done is a method that is rapidly becoming a lifesaver for me and many people I know.  Eran’s post on “How to be a Gmail GTD ninja in 5 steps”  makes use of GTD methodologies en route to increasing your productivity.

I personally have implemented everything to the letter from this post; slowly but surely, my inbox is becoming as empty as outer space.

For implementing GTD you can use this web-based application:

    http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.
